Kuwait : Curfew extended to April 23rd, 2020.

Kuwait extended again its curfew on the country to April 23rd, 2020, as Realtime confirmed with its contacts in Kuwait. 

Though, the staff of CITRA will come back to work until end of the curfew, the portal of the authority is back online and operational, submissions are possible, but further review is expected after end of curfew.
