On April 4th; 2020; the government of Madagascar declared state of emergency in the country with restriction of movement; the presidency published in its website details of the decision; the curfew starts on April 4th and ends on April 19th;2020. 

Realtime confirmed with the ARTEC that all its employees are on curfew; the authority is still operational but only for urgent matters. 

Nigeria orders lockdown in the capital Abuja

On March 29th, Nigerian’s president ordered a lockdown and curfew on both Lagos and Abuja cities in Nigeria. 

The Government decided the restriction of all movements for 14 days starting this Monday, March 30th at 10 PM, the decision ordered all businesses and offices to fully close during this period, the NCC included. 

Realtime confirmed the information with its agent, and we are yet to confirm if NCC staff will remotely work from home.
